IF YOU BELIEVE AN ITEM YOU'VE PURCHASED FROM US IS FAULTY, INCORRECT OR YOU'RE MISSING AN ITEM, YOU MUST CONTACT US WITH RELEVANT, CLEAR PHOTOS OF THE FAULT AND/OR AS MUCH DETAIL AS YOU CAN PROVIDE. THE ITEM MUST BE UNWORN AND SENT BACK WITHIN 14 DAYS OF RECEIVING YOUR ITEM.

WE CAN EXCHANGE SIZES, IF THE ITEM DOESN'T FIT CORRECTLY.

WE DO NOT ACCEPT EXCHANGES OR REFUND REQUESTS FOR LINGERIE OR ITEMS SUCH AS SOCKS, STOCKINGS OR SHAPEWEAR, WHICH DUE TO HYGIENE REASONS CAN NOT BE SOLD AFTER BEING REMOVED FROM THEIR ORIGINAL PACKAGING.
