All orders are final once placed. We can’t cancel, change, or combine orders after checkout, so please double check your details before completing payment.

You’ll receive an email with your tracking number once your order ships. We recommend checking in on your parcel’s progress so you’re available for delivery.

Your order confirmation containing your order number is sent via email and/or text, but if you can’t find it, please check your spam/junk folder. If it’s still missing, contact us with your name, email and payment confirmation.

Enter your promo code at checkout before completing your purchase. If it’s valid, this will be automatically applied.

We try to dispatch in-stock orders within 24 working hours (Monday-Friday, excluding public holidays). Delivery then takes an estimated 2-3 working days after dispatch in the UK and 3-6 working days after dispatch internationally. Pre-orders follow the estimated dispatch date on the product page. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs or courier delays beyond our control. See our shipping information for delivery costs and free-shipping thresholds.

We ship worldwide. Select your country in the header or footer to see pricing.

Taxes and duties are included for orders to the UK, USA, Austria, Cyprus, France, Germany, Ireland, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Norway, Portugal, Sweden and Switzerland, so there is nothing extra to pay on delivery.

For destinations where duties are not included, charges are the customer’s responsibility and are collected by the courier upon delivery. Nii HAi is not liable for these charges. If you have any questions, contact us.

If your parcel is returned to us due to unpaid customs, an incorrect address, or refused delivery, it won’t be re-shipped. We’ll refund the item(s) only — shipping fees are non-refundable. Full details here.

Check your tracking email for the latest update on your parcel — delays can occasionally happen due to high demand, customs processing, or courier issues. If your tracking hasn’t updated in a while or your estimated delivery window has passed, contact us and we’ll look into it for you.

We recommend first checking with your neighbours and contacting your local courier directly, as they’ll often have the most up-to-date information on your parcel’s whereabouts. If you’ve done this and still can’t locate your order, contact us and we’ll investigate with the carrier. Should your parcel be confirmed as lost, we’ll arrange a replacement where possible, subject to stock availability.

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for eligible items. To start a return, please email us at help@niihai.co.uk. Full details, including exclusions and fees, are available on our Returns & Policies page.
