Shipping Info

We aim to dispatch all orders within 72 working hours (Monday–Friday, excluding public
holidays). Once your order is on its way, you'll receive a tracking email so you can follow
every step of the journey.

Delivery Times

  • UK: 1–3 working days after dispatch
  • Next Day Delivery: available for UK orders placed before 12:00h (excluding preorders)
  • International: usually arrives within 1–2 weeks, depending on location

Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Delays can sometimes happen due to
customs processing, courier issues, or exceptional circumstances such as extreme
weather conditions, natural disasters, or other events beyond our control. We'll always do
our best to keep things moving.

Customs & Import Charges

For orders shipped outside the UK, your order may be subject to customs duties, import
taxes, or handling fees set by your country. These charges are determined by local
authorities and are the customer's responsibility — they're separate from the cost of your
order and shipping, and Nii HAi has no way of predicting or covering them in advance.
