Dispatch and delivery

We try to dispatch in-stock orders within 24 working hours, Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. Once your order is on its way, we will email you your tracking details.

United Kingdom: estimated delivery in 2-3 working days after dispatch.
International: estimated delivery in 3-6 working days after dispatch.

Pre-order items follow the estimated dispatch date shown on the product page. The delivery estimates above start after dispatch, not on the date you place your order.

Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Customs processing, courier issues, extreme weather and other circumstances beyond our control may cause delays.

Shipping costs

Your shipping options and final cost are shown at checkout before you pay. Rates depend on the delivery country, the weight and contents of your order, and the location fulfilling your items. Orders fulfilled from different locations may have different shipping options.

In the UK, an insured shipping option is available for eligible orders. Please check the shipping option selected at checkout; insurance is not included in every shipping service.

Free standard shipping

Free standard shipping is available on eligible orders meeting the following minimum order values:

United Kingdom: GBP 100.
United States: USD 175.
Canada: CAD 200.
Australia and New Zealand: AUD 200.
European Union, except Denmark and Sweden: EUR 120.
Denmark: DKK 900.
Norway: NOK 1,300.
Sweden: SEK 1,300.
Switzerland: CHF 140.
Japan: JPY 28,000.
South Korea: KRW 259,000.

For other destinations, free shipping availability can vary by product and fulfilment location. Product-specific shipping promotions may also apply. Checkout shows the shipping options available for your complete order.

Customs and import charges

Taxes and duties included: for orders to the United Kingdom, United States, Austria, Cyprus, France, Germany, Ireland, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Norway, Portugal, Sweden and Switzerland, taxes and import duties are included in the price, with nothing extra to pay on delivery.

All other countries: customs duties, import taxes or handling fees may apply and are the customer's responsibility. These charges are separate from the cost of your order and shipping.
