If your parcel is returned to us due to unpaid customs, an incorrect address, or refused delivery, it will not be re-shipped. You’ll receive a refund for the product only (shipping fees are non-refundable).

Please contact us and allow us time to investigate with the carrier. If your parcel is confirmed lost by the courier, we’ll send a replacement (depending on stock availability).

We do not accept returns on:

Items must be returned in original, unworn condition with all tags attached.
We reserve the right to refuse returns that are damaged, worn, or not in acceptable condition.

Unfortunately we do not offer exchanges, but you can return for a refund and repurchase in your preferred size.

Refunds are processed within 10 working days of delivery, excluding weekends and bank holidays. Credit/debit card refunds take 5-10 business days to appear.
