- No exchanges. Returns are accepted only within 14 days from the date of delivery.
- We do not provide returns labels, a return is covered by the customer and only refunded for the item once returned to us.
- We have the right to decline a return if we think it is not in acceptable condition.
- Proof of postage for returns must be provided in order for a return to be successfully processed. The item (being returned) is the customers responsibility until it is received back with us. Therefore we advise to return using a tracked service.
- Tracking an order is the responsibly of the customer.
- Orders must be addressed to a secure permanent address.
- If an order is sent back to us due to failed delivery/customs not paid/incorrect address/refused your order will not be re sent. You will be refunded only for the items in your order NOT SHIPPING FEE.
- If orders are deemed as lost a replacement will be sent, orders will not be refunded.
- If an item is faulty, a new item will be sent to replace the faulty item (depending on stock levels) and only within a 4 month period of receiving the item.
- Faulty items must be declared within within a 4 month period of receiving the item, after this period the product will no longer be eligible for a replacement (regardless of the amount of wear)
- We hold no responsibly for damaged items if wash instructions are not followed.
- Orders final, they can not be cancelled/ amended after purchase.
- Dispatch, shipping and delivery times are not guaranteed they are merely an aim.
