Return Policy


If you believe an item you've purchased from us is faulty, incorrect or you're missing an item, you must contact us with relevant, clear photos of the fault and/or as much detail as you can provide. The item must be unworn and sent back within 14 days of receiving your item.

To request a return, email us with the subject 'Return Request' and explain the reason for your enquiry & include your order number in your email body. 

Returns & exchanges are usually processed within 5 business days of receipt (unless the item is unavailable or on pre-order) and you'll receive an email detailing your return once this has been done.

We can exchange sizes, if the item doesn't fit correctly.

We do not accept exchanges or refund requests for lingerie or items such as socks, stockings or shapewear which due to hygiene reasons cannot be sold after being removed from their original packaging.

Please note, you will need to cover the cost of your return back to us. We recommend using a tracked method of postage to ensure it reaches us safely as we are not responsible for lost, stolen or undelivered parcels.

Once placed, orders cannot be cancelled. They may be able to be amended, depending on the status of the order fulfilment.
